Privacy is foundational to everything we build at DRB — especially ZENTRE AI. This page explains exactly how your business data is protected, used, and governed across all DRB platforms and services.
DRB Business LLP operates on a simple conviction: we will never profit from your data at your expense. We collect data to deliver services. We protect data because it belongs to you. We disclose data only with your explicit consent.
This policy applies across all three DRB classes — Class A (DBOS & ZENTRE AI), Class B (Business Consulting), and Class C (Commercial Ventures) — and to all interactions with the DRB website.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing platforms. Not now. Not ever.
All business data stored in DBOS and ZENTRE AI infrastructure is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) at all times.
You decide what data you share, who can access it inside your organisation, and whether to participate in any AI features. All advanced features are opt-in.
ZENTRE AI is built on the principle that intelligence should serve the business that generates the data — not exploit it. Here is exactly how ZENTRE AI handles your operational data.
ZENTRE AI is designed around federated learning principles. Your operational data — customer records, invoices, inventory — never leaves your account boundary to train models for competitors. AI insights are derived from aggregate, anonymised patterns, not from raw individual business records.
ZENTRE AI intelligence features are fully opt-in. You choose which data types contribute to the intelligence network. DBOS operates fully without contributing to ZENTRE AI — choosing to participate is your decision, not a default.
Any data that contributes to cross-business intelligence undergoes anonymisation and aggregation processing. No competitor can identify your customers, pricing, or operational data from ZENTRE AI outputs. The intelligence is industry-level, not business-level.
You can withdraw from ZENTRE AI participation at any time and request deletion of your contributed data from ZENTRE AI systems. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Your DBOS data remains unaffected by withdrawal from ZENTRE AI.
Your DBOS operational data — customer records, invoices, inventory, employee information, financial transactions — is treated as strictly confidential business information.
Each business account is logically isolated. Your data is accessible only to users you have authorised within your own organisation. DRB staff access is role-restricted and audit-logged.
Operational data is backed up with point-in-time recovery capability. In the event of system failure, your most recent data state is recoverable.
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. All database connections are encrypted. No plaintext data is stored anywhere in the DBOS infrastructure.
Every action in DBOS is logged with timestamp, user ID, and change details. You have full visibility of who accessed or modified your data at any time.
Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after account termination, during which you can request a full data export. After 90 days, data is securely deleted.
No advertising platforms, marketing pixels, or behavioural tracking tools are embedded in the DBOS platform. Your employee and customer data is never used for advertising purposes.
All information shared with DRB Business LLP during a consulting engagement — financial statements, business plans, client lists, pricing strategies, operational data, and strategic information — is held in strict confidence.
Your business information is never shared with any third party without your explicit written consent.
DRB team members handling your engagement are bound by confidentiality obligations internally.
Consulting work product — reports, analyses, recommendations — remains the intellectual property of your business unless otherwise agreed.
We do not use your business as a reference, case study, or marketing example without your explicit approval.

Contact form data submitted on this website is delivered directly to our business email (info@drbcom.org) and is not stored on third-party CRM or marketing platforms.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and other applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding data DRB holds about you or your business.
Request a copy of all personal and business data DRB holds about you. We will provide this within 15 business days.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. We will update records within 7 business days.
Request deletion of your data from DRB systems. DBOS data deletion upon account termination is processed within 90 days. ZENTRE AI withdrawal within 30 days.
Request your DBOS data in a portable format (CSV/Excel). Data exports are available at any time from within the platform.
Withdraw consent for any optional data processing — including ZENTRE AI participation — at any time without penalty. Core DBOS functionality is unaffected.
Lodge a complaint about our data practices. If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, you may file with the Data Protection Board of India.
For data access requests, deletion requests, ZENTRE AI opt-out, or any privacy concern — contact us directly. We respond to all privacy requests within 7 business days.
